Bill Tsamis WARLORD FAN CLUB A creative fire is burning within me and right "now" I am composing what will be one of the most classic Warlord songs of all time !!! I don't necessarily ascribe to the myth that all artists have to be 'tortured' in some way in order to create great art, but for me, being 'tortured' seems to have a positive effect on my creativity. Today, it truly hit me -- perhaps the most "devastating" thing that ever happened in my life --something inexplicable. It has been slowly 'torturing' me but "today," it was like the 'Sword of Damocles' came down upon me. I just felt like taking a nap so I laid down on my pillow, but incredible music started swirling around in my head -- music of the Warlord / Lordian Guard style. So I came into my studio to record these ideas and they are utterly mindblowing. This composition will be one of the best that I've ever written. It's classic Warlord / Lordian Guard (like I said), it's powerful, epic, semi-fast, extremely 'catchy' riffs and melodies -- even the lyrics and lyrical melody lines were coming to me . . . the song is now writing itself . . . remember this day because I will remind you of it. This Warlord song is coming . . . and it is coming like the whirlwind !!! I wish I could upload just a few of the riffs for you now, but you'll have to wait, otherwise that would spoil the whole thing . . . but I'm burning right now . . . and it's unfolding into a song that "you" will all be singing along to . . .
